Private Luxury Rides/Shuttle Rides
Thank you for choosing our transportation service. We take pride in providing reliable and available rides to our customers. To ensure this, we have a strict cancellation policy. Once you book your ride, we cannot take another booking for the same time slot. If you need to cancel your ride, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled up time will be charged the full fare. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Group Transportation
We understand the importance of providing reliable and consistent service to all of our customers, especially those who require multiple vehicles. To ensure that we can continue to offer the best service possible, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel reservation, please provide us with at least 14 days' notice to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, a 10% deduction from the total cost will be applied for each day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
